When it comes to funding for Arts Enrichment activities, we don't expect you to improvise! Thankfully, BOCES and Questar III provide aid for many schools in New York State. Below is pretty much everything you need to file BOCES/Questar III forms and receive AiE aid: Step-by-step directions of the process, links to the forms in various regions, and the content you will need to fill them out. Aaaaaand go!
Email Scheduling Form 3 weeks before program. Confirm receipt.
BOCES/Questar III will send you and Mopco a packet of forms.
Inform Mopco if you need an invoice.
After Mopco’s visit, email the School Reporting Form from packet.
- BOCES will mail Mopco payment. Do not issue payment yourself, otherwise it will negate the BOCES process.
