BLACK HISTORY MONTH 2019

Black Diamond Group Performance Ensemble presents "Reality Trippin".

"Reality Trippin'" is a collection of original poetry by Penny Meacham, drama, song and dance intended to honor Black History Month in general but more specifically to acknowledge the joy and pains of Black life that keep us rolling along. A special tribute to Aretha Franklin, Tupac, Paul Laurence Dunbar, and Lucille Clifton. Special guest Donald "The Soul Man" Hyman and other noted community performers.

The Black Diamond Group is a small new group of actors, poets, and singers performing original material of its founder, Penny Meacham, along with other pieces from selected seasoned local talent.
