By day, LB Hannahs is a DEI Practitioner working as President of the consulting firm, Tangible Development. All the other hours of the day, LB is a Dad to 4 kids, an avid reader, an aspiring writer, amateur cook, and professional napper. Originally from Johnstown NY, LB moved back to Schenectady in 2019 after living away for many years and is proud to be an active part of the Schenectady community.

Marcella Hammer is a business leader, speaker, and co-founder of Palette, a female-focused coworking and business community. An Emerson College grad (Writing, Literature & Publishing), she’s built companies from a marketing & design studio to a nail art salon. She is also Board President of Shredders MTB, which gets more kids on bikes and recently launched the nation’s first K–12, in-PE-class “learn to ride” program in Saratoga Springs. Marcella’s work centers on empowering people, growing inclusive communities, and advancing women in business.
