Back for her second turn on Judges’ row, Isabella Smarro is a 23 year old MOPCO Regular. Her involvement with Mopco started in 2019 with an internship for college.

Isabella holds a bachelor's in Theater from SUNY Oneonta. She is an Assistant Director for Birchwood Elementary school.

In addition to being a theatre person, Isabella is an accomplished pianist and a proud Chicago Bears Fan! Go Football!

Shawn Daley is the Senior Director, Membership Development for the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to signing on with the Chamber, Shawn was in the insurance business for a number of years. (He put up with The Mopco as a client with grace and style, even when we lost crucial forms or pieces of information, which we did, often!)

A resident of Slingerlands and graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh, this lifelong upstate New Yorker has been involved in numerous good causes around the Capital Region for many years.

Allison is the Owner of Beyer Creative, a Capital Region video production company that partners with businesses and nonprofits to create professional video content that highlights their unique strengths and impacts.

Allison’s creative pursuits have led her to filming an episode of George To The Rescue with NBCUniversal. She was named to the prestigious Albany Business Review 40 Under 40 list in 2025.

Allison is Founder of Level Up Lit Club, a business and professional development book club and reading community. She is a

board member, Entrepreneurs Organization Albany Accelerator Program.
